Autobugs

AUTOBUGS are a type of bug, or animal, or faerie creature. They came from the Fey Realm as part of an ancient hundreds year old pact with Lemon Sweets. They fly around like little pixies through the streets and their owners and passengers shrink down inside of them. They don't make carbon emissions, only fairy dust comes out of their exhausts.

THE LEGEND GOES that long ago a woman crossed over into the fey realm and was lost in the endless forest with no hope of escape or navigation. But then, a kindhearted little fairy took the shape of an ancient brutal machine that existed in the woman's mind called a "CAR". It carried faer all the way home, but then, the Queen of the Faeries accused faer of kidnapping one of faer own! But the bond between them was true and pure, the woman cherished faer funny little bug car and struck an accord- as long as the mortal returned faer beloved autobug by a certain date and a gave certain "payment" that is still elusive to this day, they'd be leased out to the mortals. The system worked in perfect harmony, and the people of the past figured out the payment easily! Business boomed between the Fey and mortal realms for centuries, thus resulting in the manifestation of other forms of AUTOBUGS, including "TRAIN", "MOTORBIKE", and many, many more.

Unfortunately for the mortals of today's time, the art of the ancient payment has long since been lost, and no one could truly repay their debts to Lemon Sweets in the way that once satisfied faer. Alas, many ignored the ANCIENT MANUSCRIPTS that were... honestly right under their noses the entire time. But now it's Sand's job to FIGHT Lemon Sweets, both for the sake of mortals and AUTOBUGS the world over! The autobugs LIKE being autobugs, despite Lemon Sweets trying to extort them to profit. Save them, Sand, save them!!
